Product Manager

Berkshire based organisation with exciting globally recognised multi brands are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can look after several products and product types.

Looking for someone with a strong product and stock background who is used to a lot of reporting.

Office based position but can become hybrid after probation

Working hours are 8-4 or 9-5 or 9-6, 35 hours a week

£41,000 plus £5,000 bonus

Duties to include the following tasks as and when required but not limited to:

Brands / Categories:

  • All  Brands
  • E-Commerce
  • Pixsell
  • Cross Brand Business Reporting

 

Stock Management & Forecasting

  • Monthly detailed stock/sales/account listings review by brand
  • Create and maintain a sales forecast for bestselling core lines
  • Maintain boxes PSI reports by brand

 

Production Order Management

  • Creation of orders and communication with America
  • Liaising with global markets for stock sharing
  • Weekly management of stock offer
  • Allocation of stock to current and future orders
  • Updating the Order Book spread sheet
  • Review box requirements including all special boxes.

 

 

New Product Management

  • Updating attributes and  product application
  • Create initial orders and salesman samples
  • Ensuring all business reporting is regularly updated
  • Setting up new product – pricing, description and detailed information on Workspace

 

Month End Procedures

  • Producing merchandising business reports
  • Monthly GP% review by account
  • Running sequence check to ensure no outstanding orders
  • Running report for stock count
  • Resolving any stock differences
  • Maintain cycle count in Scale
  • Confirmation of appointments with customers.

 

Pixsell

  • Ensuring the Pixsell application is updated on a regular basis
  • Liaising with each brand to ensure brand stories / Advertising / PR is current
  • Co-Ordinating Pricing and Images to ensure correctness
  • Project Team member for ongoing updates and enhancement of the Pixsell App

 

Cross Brand Business Reporting

  • Reporting Group Brand performance by Account / SKU
  • Ensuring all business brand reports are updated and reconciled
  • Maintenance of system set up attributes to ensure correct and accurate reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of Seasonal Launch Book
  • Creation and Distribution of GfK reports
  • Monthly merchandising report creation and distribution

 

 

E-Commerce

  • Project team member, and ongoing tester, to ensure efficient and effective customer journey
  • Co-Ordinating Pricing and Images to ensure correctness
  • Creation of various stockrooms and ongoing stock levels updates

 

Catalogue Creation

  • Create catalogues by brand.
