Administration Assistant

This is an exciting role within the finance team, working within a professional medical company offering a rewarding career and plenty of opportunity for your own personal development
£17,000 per annum rising to £17,500 after probation
The Role:
- Quality checking Medical Reports
- Entering purchase and sales fees
- Uploading Medical Reports received via email
- Scanning in Medical Reports received in the post
- Dealing with emails received from our suppliers
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
To be successful you will:
- Have a positive, can do attitude
- Have administration experience, ideally within finance
- Be a team player with a flexible approach to work
- Be customer focused
- Have good computer skills and understanding of programs
Working hours 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
