Customer Service Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading insurance company based in High Wycombe.

You will be ambitious, and career driven, working for a national company, you will join a busy growing branch.

As a Customer Service Advisor your day to day duties will be:

Assisting clients both face to face and over the phone with insurance deals
Provide the right advice and guidance in a clear and concise manner
Always deliver exceptional customer service
Listen to customer needs and upsell the best suited policy

Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Ideally you will experience in sales, insurance, finance or banking.
Full training is provided for ambitious candidates

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
Earn a salary of £18,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Be provided full training and the opportunity to study for nationally recognised qualifications
Enjoy inhouse company promotions

Hours of work:
Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30 and every other Saturday 08:30 – 12:30
