Customer Service Advisor

Perfect opportunity for an entry level candidate who is interested in kick-starting their career  and who wants to work in the town centre of Windsor within a few minutes walk of the train station!!

This is an exciting role within customer services and you will be given great training and support within a professional medical company offering a rewarding career and plenty of opportunity for your own personal development

£16,500 per annum rising to £17,000 after probation

Your position will be a team based role and will involve

  • Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
  • General administration
  • Data-entry
  • Diary work
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
  • Ordering and processing medical records
  • Arranging medical tests/investigations as required

You will have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and be able to work on your own initiative
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
