Customer Service Executive – Wokingham

Do you have excellent Customer Service experience as well as administration skills.

Our fantastic client based in Wokingham are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join their great office-based team.

Your role:

Will be to provide excellent customer service support, the role is office based so you will need to be someone confident taking and making phone calls and you will also need to be confident responding to emails.

Role responsibilities:

  • To provide support to customers, over the phone and by email,
  • Correct and efficient when documenting all required client contact, booking and financial information
  • Ensure internal processes and procedures are fully understood and adhered to
  • Providing a 5* Customer Service at all times
  • Build relationships both internally with team members and other departments and also externally with the company’s clients
  • Work as a positive team contributor providing cover for the wider team as and when required
  • Ensuring you keep relations with customers and keep them up to date with marketing news or curriculum updates on request

Salary:

£18,000 base with a bonus of £1,800 = £19,800 per annum

Hours:

9 – 5pm, Monday – Friday
