Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team in Princes Risborough.

You will be managing the day-to-day running’s of the Facilities department and and managing the Health and Safety policies, procedures and practices as well as looking after Reception when needed.

This full-time role is looking for someone to work 8.00am-4.00pm and 9.30am- 5.30pm on alternating weeks so you will need to be flexible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilities and Building Management
  • Health and Safety
  • Cover Reception duties when Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant is unavailable.
  • To ensure all support and administration is completed timely and accurately.
  • Challenging and changing behaviours by providing advice and regular communication on recycling and environmental initiatives to help minimise environmental impact.

You will need:

  • Facilities/ Office management experience
  • Managing annual departmental budget
  •  IOSH Health and Safety qualification or working towards (desirbale)
  • Working knowledge of IT software including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Well developed customer care skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
