Internal Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a confident, organised Recruiter to work for a lively, fun organisation in Stokenchurch on a 12 month maternity contract to start ASAP

Do you have experience within both internal and agency recruitment?

Are you maybe looking to get away from the sales element of recruitment in your current role?

You will need

• A wealth of experience in a similar role with a mix of internal and agency recruitment
• Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
• Sound operational experience in a dedicated recruitment and selection role demonstrating good judgement and decision-making skills with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving
• Project managing a variety of recruitment campaigns simultaneously from start to finish with minimum supervision
• Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
• Have an understanding of the legislation around recruiting
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with all issues of business, especially when handling sensitive situations and information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to deal confidently and effectively with a wide range of people
• Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines and to manage own workload
• Forward thinking
• Always looking to improve procedures and documentation
• A good team player
