• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing your team on a day to day basis
• Leading the team, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management
• Promoting products at every opportunity
• Building strong relationships with patients
• Ensuring all team members work to targets
• Providing reports as required
• Coaching and developing staff
• Maintaining and enhancing customer service
