Quality Co-ordinator

Do have working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 Standards?

Do you have working knowledge of the 8D investigation and reporting Processes?

Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new challenge?

If so, our fantastic client based in Basingstoke are looking for you!

Your role will be to maintain the day-to-day quality activities and provide support to the Operations Manager, Senior Management, Customers and Suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • To maintain best practices for the Quality Operations
  • To maintain Process, Procedures and Work Instructions
  • To liaise with Customers and Suppliers
  • To Assist in Internal and External Auditing
  • Maintain good customer relations on the telephone at all times and ensure customer satisfaction

QUALITIES AND TRAITS:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 Standard
  • Appreciation of ISO14001 & ISO18001 Standards
  • Working knowledge of the 8D investigation and reporting Processes
  • Good Analytical Skills for producing reports
  • Good communication (verbal and written)
  • Well organised, efficient and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Team player
  • Analytical
  • Integrity and resilience

HOURS:

Monday to Friday, Full Time.

SALARY:

£25,000 – £28,000
