Sales Administrator

Do you have some solid administration experience within a sales/customer based environment?

Are you a car driver?

In this role you will be working as an Administrator within the Sales Office of about 8 people and we are looking for an Individual that has the desire to learn in order to provide a high level of support to members.

 

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills

 

  • Excellent computer literacy (competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and web-based systems)
  • General administration skills with a keen eye for detail, common sense and a methodical approach
  • A friendly and helpful telephone manner
  • A team player who is also able to work on their own Initiative
  • Experience of administration and team-work in a busy sales/customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good work ethic essential
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Must be a car driver due to location on the outskirts of Wokingham

 

Primary Duties

  • Provide support to  members, extensive telephone liaison
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring delivery timescales are adhered to by Suppliers
  • Processing technical reports and maintaining internal records
  • Review installation approvals and send out approval cards when necessary
  • Ability to identify any sales opportunities
  • Providing general support to Sales Team
