Sales Support Administrator

Lovely role in Marlow to provide sales admin support and order processing in a dynamic, fast-moving company where progression is available

Similar experience is needed elsewhere.

Key responsibilities
• Raising returns cases
• Order raising
• Customer account support
• Database management
• Courier queries
• Customer query support as required
• All other administration as required by the sales team
• Any other duties as required
• Helping with credit control and finance queries

Qualifications / Education:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of order processing system or package
• Excellent ability and experience with MS office suite

• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment
• Excellent team player
• Personable and able to operate at all levels
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
