Our lovely client based just outside of Marlow are looking for a proactive, organised and results-driven individual to manage B2B Client Relationships, growing them in terms of revenue and profitability, and to develop and build a strong pipeline in line with the Sales strategy. In this role you will also support the team with new inbound sales enquiries.
In this role you will plan and carry out sales activities to maintain and develop the accounts of the business and re-engage with previous customers to maximise sales opportunities.
Main Skill Set Required:
Communication: Ensure all clients and customers are proactively contacted to capture an order, cross sell, upsell to other areas and provide further information on all products and solutions.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key personnel and to gain new contacts around the business and work with other areas on new opportunities.
Commercially Aware: Learn and understand all products, product margins and competitors within the industry.
Main Resposibilities:
- Proactively manage and build an excellent relationship with new, previous and existing clients.
- Be able to up-sell to existing clients and cross sell to other departments around the business.
- Re-engage with customers that have not ordered in over 18 months and maximise sales opportunities.
- Respond to and follow up new business inbound sales enquiries.

- Microsoft Office – high level of competency
- Negotiation – ability and confidence to ensure the best deal is done for the business
Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5pm.
The role is office based with some requirements of field work to meet with and present to clients.
