Account Manager (Healthcare Software)

We are recruiting on behalf of a Software Consultancy in Brookwood, Surrey, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

The job:

We require an experienced account management professional to work with one of our principal product teams to maintain and develop a national contract with the NHS. This contract provides a nationally used selection system that is responsible for the recruitment of all junior doctors to the NHS.
The ideal candidate will form a relationship with the NHS to help promote and identify new opportunities, whilst also maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and engagement.
A successful candidate will also have a proven track record in healthcare software account management, ideally working for or within an NHS /recruitment setting. The candidate needs to understand software well and would benefit from having a good technical knowledge (although not essential).

Salary: Up to £42,000 plus £5,000 OTE

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with our customers.
• Participate in regular face to face meetings with customer to identify their needs and manage good relations.
• Develop and promote best practice in the use of our software.
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction KPIs are being met.
• Promote new initiatives, new releases, and new features to existing customers.
• Identify risks and opportunities.
