Accounts Payable Clerk temp role

Are you a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk with first class planning and prioritisation skills?

This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 weeks working 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, and supporting the wider business, this role will manage the purchase ledger of the various Group companies.

Primary accountabilities will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing staff expense claims
  • CIS reporting and management
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Petty cash management

What skills do I need?

  • Able to demonstrate experience of accurately processing a high number of invoices, dealing with disputes and preparing payment runs.
  • A robust, confident individual with an enquiring mind.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Extremely organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Commercially astute.
