Admin Assistant

Are you looking to begin your career in administration?

We are recruiting for a reputable medical organisation based in the heart of Windsor, Berkshire.

This exciting admin role involves handling cases from initial instruction through to the delivery of the required service; completing the associated administration; and providing a high standard of customer service throughout the process.

What will you be doing?

• Arranging medical appointments for clients applying for Life Insurance according to targets
• Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
• General administration duties
• Answering the telephone; ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally
• Scan documentation onto the System
• Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all customers, clients & colleagues
• Chasing and uploading reports and blood results

What do you need?

• Organised and able to work on own initiatives
• Friendly and able to work well within a team
• Good Communication skills
• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language – Grade C or equivalent)
• Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude at all times
• Flexible approach to work and workload
• Open and honest approach at all times
• Team player
• Supportive
