Admin Assistant

Supporting digital services to the UK market covering Lifestyle, Nutrition, Mental Health and GP services you will provide administration and customer services to a broad range of customers

The job will involve the following skills and attributes
• Dealing with Supplier IT queries
• Assisting with data gathering, filtering and entry on various spreadsheets/trackers
• Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
• General administration duties
• Making or receiving calls with suppliers; ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally
• Scan documentation onto the eServer
• Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all suppliers & colleagues
• Chasing and uploading supplier documents and information
• To assist with any postal duties (such as dispatching PPE to nurses).
• To undertake any training as deemed appropriate by Managers
• Organised and able to work on own initiative
• Friendly and able to work well within a team
• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language – Grade C or equivalent)
• Strong work ethic, driven to achieve results
• Capable to be agile and assist with various tasks depending on the needs of the business
• Flexible approach to work and workload
• Open and honest approach at all times
• Team player
• Supportive
