Our lovely client based in the Maidenhead area is looking for an experienced administration professional to join their team.
Job Role:
- Produce relevant paperwork and booking details
- Raise invoices and follow standard operating procedures
- Talk to suppliers in country to organise logistics and confirm bookings
- Maintain regular contact with customers
- Compile competitor profiles
- Assisting with digital marketing efforts
- Populate a pipeline of sales activity with new prospects and ensuring client and prospect information is up to date
- Liaise with Group Leaders to collect outstanding information and confirm logistics
Skills and Knowledge:
- IT Literacy – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to react effectively to changing priorities and to handle and interpret large amounts of information.
- Articulate – good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously.
- Teamwork mentality.
- High level of professional conduct and smart appearance.
- Commitment to safeguarding at all times.
- Previous experience in an administration role
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm
Salary
- £18,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience.
You will need to be a car driver and have full access to a vehicle due to the location.
