Administrator

Do you hold Administration experience and are you ideally available immediately?

Our lovely client based just outside of Wokingham are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their great and growing company. You will play a huge part in the smooth running of the office, providing support and assistance to the Commercial Manager. Your role will be varied and busy.

YOU NEED TO BE:

  • Proactive, Hardworking, Diligent, Organised, Self-Motivated, Assertive with the ability to work independently.

DUTIES:

  • To provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day to day running of the business
  • Process orders and quotes (including quote follow up).
  • Raise Pro-forma Invoices and orders.
  • Liaise with customers on the telephone and / or email & deal with any customer queries.
  • Liaise with warehouse: re – customer deliveries etc.
  • Marketing & Sales lead qualification.
  • Ensure all leads are efficiently distributed to the sales team.
  • Provide support with preparation of monthly figures for Managing Director and Finance Director (end of month figures, rebates, etc.).
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports (sales figures)
  • Monitor advance material orders and requirements
  • General letters & correspondence.
  • Liaise with Accounts
  • Chase any outstanding monies (in conjunction with accounts).
  • Order brochures and departmental literature.
  • Assist with exhibitions (before & during).
  • Ensure samples for customers are ordered from the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5 year’s commercial office experience.
  • Clear speaking voice and good telephone manner.
  • Well organised, methodical and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Computer competent, being proficient with Windows, MS Office and MS Outlook.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week

SALARY:

£25,000
