Area Venues Administrator (4-6 Week Temporary Role)

Are you available between 4-6 weeks for a temporary role starting immediately?

If so, my lovely client located in Ruscombe are looking for an individual with previous administration experience to join their team!

Salary- £9 per hour

The role is working 9am-5pm and due to location, you must be a car driver.

Responsible for Venues profitability and achieving business KPI’s across Area supported
To support the delivery of your Area operational plans by undertaking all required telephone activity including but not limited to supporting the Field, securing new bookings, validating and protecting existing bookings, research and appointment setting
To support the delivery of your Area operational plans by undertaking all required paperwork activity including but not limited to Venue Booking confirmations, Licences and Invoices
To provide accurate reporting, data input and recommendations into the area plans via your Area Venue Manager
Responsible for working with the Equipment Co-Ordinator’s to ensure day to day operational needs are achieved
Liaise with other departments on all Venue clashes including but limited to Account Management on any Charity Clashes and venue bookers on Venue Clashes
Provide recommendations to the Venues Management team on operational improvements
Responsible for accuracy of data (CRM and Portal) and achieving data requirements to provide KPI reporting and trend analysis
