Automotive Claims Handler

The right candidate must have previous Motor Claims Handling experience! 

The Claim’s department within my clients business is a small, friendly but highly motivated multilingual team based in London. They act as the UK agent of a large number of motor insurers throughout Europe handling claims arising from road accidents in the UK and abroad.

My client has an exciting new opportunity within their Automotive Claim’s Team in London for a third party Motor Claims Specialist.

The Role:

• Handling third party motor and recovery claims (including injury and credit hire) from notification through to settlement
• Administer claims
• Investigate and monitor developments on all claims
• Investigate all claims for possible fraud
• Liaising with and reporting to our overseas insurer clients and offices

Personal Attributes:

• French, German or Spanish speakers would be an advantage
• An excellent communicator across all levels
• Great organisational and co-ordination skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Sound numerical skills
• Ability to prioritise

Location: South East London (office based)

Hours: Mon-Fri standard office hours
