Business Operations Executive

We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity in Marlow. You will become a Business Operations Executive, The lovely role is paying £23,000 per annum. The working hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-18:00pm and Fridays are 8:30am – 5pm. The role is working for a really great company and they are keen to get someone on-board ASAP!

Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving a brief from customer on their promotional requirements.
• You will be responsible for managing / coordinating the smooth execution of all online events.
• Creating high level documents, describing all promotional detail.
• Perform impact assessment and seek guidance from key stake holders.
• Discuss outputs with customer, commercial lead, and account management.
• Secure all necessary resource in order to deliver online events.
• Deliver finalised plan with timings, deliverables, milestones.
• Brief and ensure all key stake-holders deliver against plan.
• Execute online events and provide regular updates to team leader and/or partner.
• Provide real-time and post-event updates.
• Collect data that can then be analysed and put into use with statistical tools for the development of projections, messaging and any other area of insight collectively determined as valuable.
• A good communicator and has strong business analysis skills.

Skills Required:

• Educated to degree level and/or possess relevant work experience.
• Strong visual design skills
• Able to understand reports and dashboards.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• MS Excel skills required at intermediate level.
• Must be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving, results oriented environment.
• Must be able to clearly communicate stakeholder reporting needs.
• Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies.
• Must be action oriented with excellent follow through.
