Client Recruitment Partner (search and selection)

We are working with a fast growing Executive Search and Interim organisation specialising mainly in HR and Finance. They work across the UK and internationally and deliver outstanding levels of service to their clients within HR and Finance This is an exciting opportunity for a high achieving individual to join the organisation at the early stages and progress with the business. You must be happy to develop business and to break into new clients.

You will need

• Experience of recruiting and a live network in HR or Finance or business transformation (including IT)
• Happy to “own” HR roles or Finance roles and take full ownership of the cycle
• Interim experience or contingent perm experience at senior level
• Ideally a graduate with good written and communication skills looking for a less restrictive/more involved role
• Track record of billing at least £250,000 per annum

Basic salary of £30-£50,000 salary, and are offering a great commission structure for high billers.
