Client Relationship Manager Community Sales Remote

This is a fabulous role for someone passionate about social mobility and social values and who has an understanding of the education and learning sector with a focus on apprenticeships and pre employment training.

This client relationship manager role is a fully remote role based within a new team and reports to  the  Sales Manager of Community and Social Engagement. This job has a real focus on creating positive impacts for young students from diverse backgrounds who need a chance to secure an apprenticeship and start their career path.

What type of candidate is needed for this social mobility role and what are the responsibilities?

  • This is a remote role but you will need to live in the South of England anywhere from Bristol to Swindon on the M4 corridor as there will be some travel in the area on occassions and a monthly London meeting
  • It is a B2B client relationship management and sales role so you will need a track record of achieving sales and B2B experience ideally within a similar sector such as education, learning and apprenticeships
  • You will be proacatively supporting skills bootcamps and securing interviews for students to progress into employment driving forward social mobility and advocating the core message of the social impact agenda
  • An understanding of the apprenticeship market as you will be actively promoting apprenticeship utilisation to new and existing clients for new hires and existing staff
  • Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers for existing customers/partners through business development and client referral.
  • Effectively facilitate client meetings to discuss relevant solutions in order to maximise relevant opportunities for current and new learners.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact/prospecting to purchasing service offerings
  • Full understanding of how to deliver great customer service
  • Knowledge of how to build initial rapport and establishing relationships with decision makers at a strategic level.

Salary from £30,000 to £35,000 with £8,000 commission on top of the salary
