Client Services Executive

We are recruiting for a small but very successful telephony organisation based in between Newbury and Theale in Berkshire. This company provide hosted VOIP solutions to the education sector and have already converted 25% of the market to their solutions!

They are destined for big things and now have another Client Services Executive position available to work in the technical team and to work closely with the Managing Director as well as the Marketing team.

This is a hybrid role based in the office as well as working from home and there is great training available. You must like dogs in the office!!

Working from 0800 to 1630 every day

The role involves

  • Extensive liaison with clients (schools, colleges etc)
  • Onboarding the requirements of the client and seeing this through from start to finish
  • Use of salesforce to set up orders and project manage (training given)
  • Acting as a minim helpdesk to the clients in case they need to change requirements or have an issue

Skills and experience needed

  • Must be an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Able to problem solve
  • Keen to learn and develop
