Client Support Executive Hybrid

Do you have Customer Service experience ideally from a Technology or Training or Learning and Development background? (not essential)

This hybrid role is working for a world-wide, growing, IT organisation as a Client Support Executive.

Working 1/2 days in the office in Wokingham or Bracknell and the rest from home!

You will be providing day to day account liaison and support services for major accounts within the external sales function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support for external sales to allow for optimal responses, turn-around and expectation management in line with internal processes.
  • Deliver great customer experience
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Conduct basic account qualification for each inbound account request
  • Resolve customer needs
  • Work with sales leads to ensure cline t pricing models are maintained
  • Manage the compilation of monthly or annual spend reports for clients

You will need:

  • Related industry experience
  • Experience working within a sales and customer focused environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Previously worked to targets
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong MS Office skills
