Role

• To provide support for external sales to provide optimal responses, turn-around and expectation management in line with internal processes to deliver a great customer experience
• Report generation and management
• Service third party, invoicing and inter-company request in line with process guidelines
• Build qualitative relationships both internally and client-side
• Providing first line cover for the business if and when required

Required

• Experience working within a sales and customer focused function
• Experience working to performance metrics and process guidelines
• Demonstrates high verbal and written communication skills
• Escalation and issue management
• Project Management
• Proficient MS Office and desktop skills.
