Commercial/Finance Administrator

Do you have advanced Excel skills, with the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables?

The main purpose of the role is to provide financial admin support to the Commercial Director and Team to record, track and follow up additional contractual obligations and support the Stock Merchandising team to provide admin support and store related enquiries.

Job role

  • To provide financial admin support to the Commercial Director and Team to record, track and follow up additional contractual obligations and support the Stock Merchandising team to provide admin support and store related enquiries.
  • To set up new products onto system including attributes, descriptions, barcodes, etc
  • To maintain the Excel based net margin database
  • To calculate support due from suppliers,following purchases, sales or marketing activity
  • To raise financial claims to suppliers for all monies owed including margin support and marketing funding
  • To produce daily, weekly and monthly net margin reports
  • To ensure supplier payments are made and queries resolved quickly
  • To raise manual replenishment orders for stores
  • To maintain the order book to ensure orders are cancelled if stock is delayed
  • To liaise with suppliers, warehouse, stores and finance colleagues to resolve delivery and pricing errors
