This role is for a Customer Service Executive based in the head office of a large retail store.

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Answering queries and resolving issues for our customers, providing the correct solution in the first instance
  • Providing relevant and tailored solutions to customers – enhancing customer experience
  • Taking ownership of customer escalations, resolving these in line with the company processes and procedures
  • Deliver excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Establish customer’s sales needs through effective questioning, identifying opportunities for ‘add on’ sales as appropriate
  • Work to defined targets including sales, conversion, service levels and response times.
  • Monitor customer feedback and comments to forward any appropriate improvement suggestions to the relevant team
  • Make outbound telephone calls to 3rd parties as required
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the calls
  • Handling complaints and ensuring appropriate resolutions found
