Previous reception experience is preferred for this lovely role but NOT essential! You just need to be bright with excellent customer service and communication skills, PC literate, well presented and keen to help out wherever is needed. This is more than a standard reception role!
The role is available due to the current candidate getting promoted into a marketing role within the organisation!
The role involves
- Managing the reception area and answering/forwarding all incoming calls-being an ambassador for the company!
- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Supporting administration departments including assisting HR with recruitment activity, interview and assessment day arrangements (this role reports into the HR department)
- Booking hotel accommodation and travel
- Managing the car park facility and logging all visitors and car passes
- Making tea and coffee for visitors and arranging lunches when required
- Booking meetings and maintaining meeting room diaries
- Arranging couriers when needed
- Arranging and booking training sessions
- Sorting and distributing post, looking after stationery and kitchen supplies
- Any ad-hoc duties for HR, Marketing or any other department.
