The role involves Creative Production Management for print and digital and you are also required to execute creative/graphic design and illustration at a high level.
This is a global role but you will be based from Wokingham, Berkshire 2 or 3 days a week with a lot of scope for home working as well.

This role creates the visual communication framework for all above and below the line marketing assets.
You’ll own and produce that framework directly. Bringing your experience, talent and skill-sets in creative and graphic design to bear across print, digital and display mediums; working with specialist creative contractors only when your creative vision exceeds your own skill-set.
With the support of an on-site/off-site agency relationship and by cultivating a network of specialist creative contractors you’ll execute that creative vision and ensure all creative assets are deployed to the relevant stakeholder or content publisher;
- Working to brief to create and set the look and feel of marketing programmes, campaigns and promotions to be used internationally by the Cinema Marketing Team.
- Manage delivery of the marketing assets identified by Asset Requirement Checklist for marketing programmes, campaigns and promotions; through the in-house/out-house agency relationship and network of specialist creative contracts. To address both English language originated assets, regionalized assets and original assets for non-English speaking use where approved.
- Under the direction of the Marketing Director Cinema evolve a clearly defined brand extension for Cinema that meets and compliments Corporate brand guidelines and the directive of one unified company
- Under the direction of the Senior Product Marketing Manager instruct the development of further marketing assets for the defined life-cycles of cinema products and services leveraging that address the knowledge secured from earlier campaigns and digital marketing reporting for cinema (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Manage the on-site/off-site agency relationship and network of specialist creative contractors to provide marketing assets as briefed, to schedule and that the availability of new or modified assets is communicated to all stakeholders and appropriate access provided to the same.
The role is required to adopt a proactive position to maintain an understanding of “customers” needs and motivations; including consideration of competitor offerings. And is able to determine the concepts to which “customers” are most receptive when making buying decisions for cinema products and services.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate success in the execution of their digital marketing skill-set. Where the emphasis is on marketing and communication knowledge specific to online and social media marketing, rather than Information Technology or broader marketing communication.
And will have:
- A bachelor’s degree as indicated in Digital Marketing (preferred), Social Media Marketing, Digital Publishing, Marketing Communication or other related field.
- Minimum 5 years on the job experience in a Creative Production role and between 5 to 10 years related experience in graphic, illustrative or creative design in either print or digital supporting commercial communication.
- Experience working with various digital media, including online, advertising, trade show content, print and display materials.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web;
- Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and internal clients
- Professional use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash, Adobe AfterEffects & video editing) and Cinema 4D
- Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
- Effective resource management skills to ensure successful organizing, prioritizing, scheduling and delivery of work assignments
