Customer Care Advisors (pharmacy service) Remote

Are you looking for a remote/working from home role Monday to Friday 8-4.30? 40 hours a week?

Salary is a minimum of £8.36ph regardless of age. If aged 23 years plus the salary will be £8.91ph

No specific experience necessary but must be an excellent communicator, confident on the phone with customers and proficient with IT for the database work and onboarding

1-2 weeks initial training in Avonmouth, Bristol

As from 2022 the company will be working from bright, airy offices in Cribbs Causeway. You will still work remotely with the option of also doing some office based work in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol

As a Customer Care Advisor, you are responsible for delivering the highest quality service to our valued customers, supporting them through their pharmaceutical journey.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively manage new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a professional and smooth experience.

 

  • Sort prescriptions to ensure the customer has everything they need by liaising with surgeries and issuing payment links.

 

  • Take ownership of all incoming contacts through various media channels (phone, email, live chat, social media etc.) to ensure a swift resolution.

 

  • Work closely with key teams and stakeholders across the business (surgeries, new business, dispensing, dispatch, pharmacy teams).

 

  • Assist customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts, medication orders and deliveries etc whilst demonstrating an empathetic and friendly approach.

 

  • Update customer accounts accurately using various systems

 

  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.

 

  • Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge. Keeping up to date with changes in departmental processes and developments.
