Customer Escalations Advisor

Role Summary:

Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, through effectively responding to escalated enquiries through a variety of communication channels as determined by the company’s needs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve these queries and complaints in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution. You will understand the company’s vision and values and ensure that these are reflected on a daily basis. You will work as part of a team and be directed by your Team Leader in order to ensure that all SLA’s/ KPI’s are met.

Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Have a strong team work ethic
  • Confident telephone manner, along with good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
  • Deal confidently with client stakeholders
  • Computer literate
  • Accurate in data capturing

Salary:

£20,000

Hours:

Monday – Friday: between 8am – 5pm on a rota basis and Saturdays 8am – 5pm (1 in 4 – Once a month)
