Office-based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
You will be getting involved with:
- B2B operations
- Inbound deliveries
- Outbound B2C orders
Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer queries
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, warehouse operatives
- Supporting projects and new initiatives
- Supporting all daily operations
- Working closely with internal and external partners to build relationships
You will need:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration would be ideal
- Confident using MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Comfortable dealing with customers and colleagues
- High drive and attention to detail
- Great time management
