Customer Operations Executive

This leading ecommerce organisation is looking for a new Customer Operations Executive to join their Client Success team to help support the day-to-day operations of a large corporate account.

Office-based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

You will be getting involved with:

  • B2B operations
  • Inbound deliveries
  • Outbound B2C orders

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, warehouse operatives
  • Supporting projects and new initiatives
  • Supporting all daily operations
  • Working closely with internal and external partners to build relationships

You will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration would be ideal
  • Confident using MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and colleagues
  • High drive and attention to detail
  • Great time management
  • Keen to take on new opportunities
