Customer/Sales Executives

21k basic plus 35k realistic O.T.E (uncapped commission)

 

Do you fancy working for a fabulous wellbeing company who sell stunning, luxury product ranges and who are a UK leader in their field? (Wokingham, Berkshire)

 

Have you got some previous experience discussing and promoting luxury brands to discerning customers?

 

We are working exclusively with an upmarket, fast-moving, Wokingham based organisation with an on-site showroom and distribution centre in order to source two excellent communicators passionate about the wellbeing industry and motivated to deliver the best possible customer journey. We are looking for people who will go above and beyond the call of duty and deliver a 5 star service to customers. Full product training will be given.

 

The role will involve extensive customer liaison over the phone, email and face to face in the showroom (and occasionally in their homes). The purpose of the role is assisting the customer at all stages with enquiries regarding a luxury wellness brand and ultimately selling the products to the customer. You will be very aware that the customer is key to your success in this role and you will be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business and willing to learn and progress your knowledge. Self-motivation is of paramount importance, this role will be a mix of being a home based position but will require showroom and office  and home visits as well. A car owner is therefore, essential and you will also be attending wellness related events in order to promote the company and brand as well. Also occasionally attending exhibitions overseas so some flexibility around travel is important.

Working hours will be 37.5 hours a week 5 days a week on a rota basis (8-4.30/8.30-5.00/9-5.30/9.30-6.00/10.00-6.30/10.30-7.00/11.00-7.30/11.30-8.00) which will include working on a Saturday maybe twice a month and some Bank Holidays. The company shuts down before Xmas until the New Year.
