Customer Service Administrator (3 month contract)

Are you available immediatley for 3 months and do you have previous office administration/customer service experience?

Do you have exceptional administration experience with a fantastic eye for detail? This role requires a highly organised individual with great time management!

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri-8:30am-6pm

You will be responsible for managing the Trade-in process from end-to-end, and supporting the growth and efficient running of the company.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the daily operation of the trade in quotation and sales process to ensure a smooth, efficient operation and positive customer experience.
• Responding to customer trade in price queries
• Reserving and transferring stock to encourage efficient customer transactions
• Valuing customer trade in products and completing customer sales
• Securing customer pre-orders and giving regular updates
• Analyzing customer trends and feedback to improve service capabilities

You will also assist with the management of the customer repair service to ensure consistent levels of communication between store and repair agent.  You will also be responsible for providing various daily and weekly reports including daily tracking of the online conversion percentage, by product and competitor analysis – Identify any competitor issues that need to be resolved.

You will also be involved with ad-hoc project work

• Must be a quick learner, with strong computing sills (previous knowledge of Photoshop and basic HTML skills an advantage)

• You will be a self-starter with the ability to manage your day to day workload

• Must have a good understanding of customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills working across multiple teams
