Customer Service Administrator

This fabulous company gained chartered status recently and is a non for profit organisation based in Princes Risborough, Bucks.

This role could maybe suit a graduate or someone with 1-2 years customer services experience. This is essentially a customer service role, liaising with members of the public who are seeking to achieve their own person chartered status.

The role reports to the Services Delivery Team Leader, and you would be responsible for providing a high quality level of customer service to both internal and external customers as well as needing a high degree of accuracy and administration ability.

What will I be doing?

You will be responding to customers seeking to obtain chartered status and keeping them fully informed along their journey.

What do I need for this job?

  • Work experience within a customer services role, providing a high level of customer service.
  • A good working knowledge of office IT software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of maintaining databases
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Able to prioritise your workload and organise your time effectively
