Customer Service Coordinator (Temp)

Are you available to start immediately for 4-5 weeks?

Do you have excellent customer service skills and want to be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team?

The focus of this role is to take calls from customers to arrange appointments. The ideal candidate will posses the ability to work on their own in a busy environment, use their own initiative, provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times and strive to go the extra mile.

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:30

Friday 9:00-17:00

Due to the location of this role you MUST be a car driver.

Key Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their specific enquiries
  • Scheduling customer jobs to engineers
  • Update database with changes to the status of each customer
  • Liaise with engineers to book follow on jobs for customers
  • General administration including taking payments, issuing receipts and customer correspondence via email and post
  • Work to SLA’s for our existing customers

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience within a customer service environment, preferably in an office/contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills along with a good telephone manner
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • The ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and internal colleagues
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A good geographical knowledge
