Customer Service Executive

We have two immediate opportunities to work in a fantastic organisation in Marlow working with a brand new lifestyle brand!

You will be in this company right from the beginning responding to all emails and chat through the website, and in the future you will move to the phones so amazing opportunity to make the job your own right from the start!

You would be dealing with high quality products at great prices that everyone is going to love! (and all products are as sustainable as possible)

Working 5 days a week from 0830 to 1800 one person doing Mon to Fri and the other Tue to Sat on a rota basis

Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries and resolving issues for our customers, getting
    it right first time.
  • Providing relevant and tailored solutions to customers – enhancing
    customer experience and journey to develop the business brand
  • Taking ownership of customer escalations resolving these in line
    with the defined processes and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
    Establishing customers’ sales needs through effective questioning
  • Working to defined targets including sales, conversion, service
    levels and company performance measures
  • Feeding back any potential improvements which support our
    customers or our business

Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm

Salary: £21,000 DOE
