Customer Service Executive

Job Role:

To provide support to the sales and operations functions of the business to assist in maximising revenues, through providing an exceptional level of service.

Your Objectives:

  • Provide support services to the sales and operations team.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Follow the defined processes and procedures to ensure maximum internal and external customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • To confirm all bookings and orders in line with procedure, ensuring complete accuracy.
  • Administration of web-based bookings, Inter-Company Bookings.
  • To monitor and complete items which come into the Customer Service Inbox.
  • Produce key reports for the smooth and efficient running of sales (Provisional, Confirmed, Cancelled Reports).
  • Produce and send customer requested support documentation (pro forma invoices, visa invitation letters etc).
  • Performing specialised qualified administration tasks to support Training Centre Administrators when required.
  • Ensure ALL back-up documents are soft copy filed.

Experience & Qualifications required:

  • Any formal Customer Services qualification would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of a sales environment.
  • A good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Flexibility.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • May also consider a graduate with some customer service experience

Hours:

Salary:

  • £18,000 + £1,800 bonus on top
