We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our lovely client based in Thame.

The Role
- As a customer service superhero, you will be using your excellent people skills to build strong relationships
- Using your technical expertise, you will assist your customer through first line diagnostics
- You will solve queries in a polite and professional manner during the first contact
- You will update and maintain the In-house database with the relevant information about the call
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Experience in a customer service/sales environment
- Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
- Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers alike
- Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
- Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
- Work well within a team
Hours
- Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 6pm on a rota basis. Also working 1 in 4 Weekends (with time off in Lieu during the week)
- 37.5 hours per week
Salary
- £18,000 which will then increase to £18,500 after successful completion of on the job skills training
