Customer Service Executive (x3)

We are recruiting for a brand new opportunity and we are looking for 3 Customer Service Executives to join our lovely client based in Thame.

This is a fantastic opportunity involving customer service, sales and administration!

Your Role:

  • Your main aim is to provide an exceptional customer experience, you will be responsible for all outbound calls and all inbound enquiries, you will also be responsible for all administration too!
  • You will utilise your knowledge and skill of up-selling / marketing to promote the company’s products. You will be required to handle all campaign contact types on a day to day basis as directed by your Team Leader to ensure that all key client SLA’s/ KPI’s are met.
  • You will update and maintain the In-house database with the relevant information about the call and conduct other administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.

  • Calm and professional with experience dealing with complaints or challenging behaviour?
  • Confident handling administration duties?
  • Computer literate?
  • Experienced in working within a Customer Service environment?

You will receive:

  • Salary: £19,000 – £19,500
  • Holiday: 22 Days holiday + 8 bank holidays = 30 days
  • Hours: Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 6pm on a rota basis. (Also working 1 in 4 Weekends, with time off in Lieu during the week)
