Customer Service Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader with excellent leadership and customer service skills?

If so you may be interested in this new opportunity working for a leading medical company just outside of High Wycombe.

This company, based in Loudwater are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage their Patient Services team!

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week – Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm, with half an hour for lunch.

What will I be doing?

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Proactively managing your team on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing all assigned team building
  • Promoting products at every opportunity
  • Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by you in line with company targets.
  • Coach and develop all staff
  • Management of complaints in an efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction
  • Build professional working relationships with team & all departments and department heads

What skills do I need?

  • Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
  • Possess and able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
  • Ability to work to and driven to achieve targets
  • Able to drive team to succeed and meet targets
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and work with little supervision
  • Possess influential and persuasive skill set
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills
  • Able to work under pressure
