If so you may be interested in this new opportunity working for a leading medical company just outside of High Wycombe.
This company, based in Loudwater are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage their Patient Services team!
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week – Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm, with half an hour for lunch.
What will I be doing?
- Providing excellent customer service
- Proactively managing your team on a day-to-day basis
- Managing all assigned team building
- Promoting products at every opportunity
- Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by you in line with company targets.
- Coach and develop all staff
- Management of complaints in an efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction
- Build professional working relationships with team & all departments and department heads
What skills do I need?
- Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
- Possess and able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
- Leadership skills
- Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
- Ability to work to and driven to achieve targets
- Able to drive team to succeed and meet targets
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work with little supervision
- Possess influential and persuasive skill set
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
