Are you an experienced Team Leader with excellent leadership and customer service skills?
If so you may be interested in this new opportunity working for a leading medical company just outside of High Wycombe.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week – Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm, with half an hour for lunch.
What will I be doing?
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively managing your team on a day-to-day basis.
- Managing all assigned team building.
- Promoting products at every opportunity.
- Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by you in line with company targets.
- Coach and develop all staff.
- Management of complaints in an efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction.
- Build professional working relationships with team & all departments and department heads.
What skills do I need?
- Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong and proven knowledge of the sales process
- Possess and able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
