The UK’s leading IT apprenticeship provider are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to look after the pastoral care of the students.
This London based role (Zone 1) is currently hybrid with one day a week in the office (by Westminster) and the rest from home.
You will be responsible for the pastoral care and administration of the higher education programme whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:

- Signing up students to courses and completing onboarding activities
- Co-ordinating joining instructions for students
- Dealing with the admin of the virtual events
- Maintaining strong relationships with the client team
- Producing reports for clients to support the management of their programmes and events
- Deliver high levels of customer service to assist the wider sales team in developing strategic client relationships
You will need:
- Strong pastoral care
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility- on a Wednesday and Thursday the virtual events are until 7pm but you would take time off in lieu for the extra 1.5 hour worked
- An understanding of higher education systems is preferred
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise
- problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a customer-centric environment
- Good IT skills
- Willingness to undertake DV, BPSS & DBS checks
