We are recruiting for an IT organisation, looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team!
The company are based just outside Reading, Berkshire, in Swallowfield and you must be a car driver to get to the location. (No public transport available.)
We are looking for for an organised, efficient, and switched on individual who is a good all-rounder with excellent attention to detail and is ready to commit long-term to a growing company! You do not need specific experience for this role, just the willingness to learn and the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising/ scheduling works
- Raising quotes
- Managing diaries and times
- Supporting first line engineers with their workload
- Inputting data accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitoring work and customer response times
- Providing reports
- Filling in timesheets
- Making sure that customers SLAs are adhered to
- Assisting the sales and marketing teams
Salary: Up to £21,000
Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
