Customer Support Coordinator

Are you a strong organiser/ planner looking to grow and progress in a company?

We are recruiting for a small IT consultancy, looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team!

The company are based just outside Reading, Berkshire, in Swallowfield and you must be a car driver to get to the location. (No public transport available.)

We are looking for for an organised, efficient, and switched on individual who is a good all-rounder with excellent attention to detail and is ready to commit long-term to a growing company! You do not need specific experience for this role, just the willingness to learn and the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organising/ scheduling works
  • Raising quotes
  • Managing diaries and times
  • Supporting first line engineers with their workload
  • Inputting data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitoring work and customer response times
  • Providing reports
  • Filling in timesheets
  • Making sure that customers SLAs are adhered to
  • Assisting the sales and marketing teams

Salary: Up to £24,000

Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
