Our lovely client based in Thame are looking for a Data Analyst to join them.

The salary is £25-£27k depending on experience, plus great company benefits and the real opportunity to progress to a management role in the near future!

What will you be doing?
You would be providing the client service team with insightful data and reports. This role will involve working to sometimes challenging deadlines and of course accuracy of your work will be key too. Your input will be pivotal to providing insight to managers to help them drive the performance of the sales teams, helping them retain and grow the business they have with our clients.

You will have regular scheduled reports to run and field data to analyse as well as ad-hoc reporting, however the real opportunity will be for you to be able to help shape the future by working with the wider head office team to develop and deliver cost effective improvements in reporting, helping them to be seen by the real data experts by their clients, giving them valuable insight they do not get elsewhere. You will quickly be seen as the expert and will have the confidence and skills to be able to present to the team and managers credibly.

You would love this role if:
. Just ticking the boxes and producing reports is not enough for you, you really get excited by the chance to show people the value in your findings and are able to tailor how you present it to suit your audience and make sure the message you are trying to get across really ‘lands’ with them.
• You are looking to develop your skills further, already highly proficient with advanced Excel skills you either have experience or are open to learning SQL coding
• You have extensive experience of database and reporting systems such as Salesforce plus an understanding of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power Bi ideally.
• You are not phased by lots of data – as you will have 60 million lines to process
• You are well organised, and enjoy working with a team as well as having the ability to motivate yourself when working on projects and tasks on your own
• Being in a dynamic, busy environment suits you and you love nothing more than getting your teeth into some data to provide solutions!

Whilst this role is based in Thame, you would from time to time have the opportunity to meet the clients and colleagues from other offices. As part of the lively operations and reporting team, you will be part of a key team that really helps the business tick and give the clients the edge in their competitive markets.

You will be given all training required and support of your manager to develop your skills and be your very best. 

In addition to a generous salary, you will be part of a company bonus scheme, 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (rising 1 day per year up to a maximum of 31), plus other employee benefits and perks including an on-site canteen and active social hub who organise regular company events.
