Digital Marketing Account Manager SEO

Lovely opportunity for an experienced digital account manager who has worked with customers on digital initiatives ranging from SEO to social media. You should be experienced in account management with strong digital understanding, and most importantly, a passion for digital marketing and strong experience in SEO ideally with some line management experience and experience in PPC (google ads)

Main Job Purpose of the Digital Marketing Account Manager SEO

Your role will be to oversee the digital performance of multiple client accounts with a special focus on SEO, though part of the role will also include managing other channels such as social media and PPC. You will report into our Digital Marketing Manager who will be a mentor during your time at the company and to offer guidance and advice to help get you where you want to be in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Account Manager SEO

This role is hands-on, and you will be responsible for numerous clients across all digital channels, with work as follows:

  • Working with clients regularly to understand their business & objectives
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Understand the client’s business priorities and help shape the strategy and delivery within the team
  • Implementation & overseeing of day-to-day campaign management, maximising client return on investment across multiple digital channels
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Proactively upsell to dealers to maximise account value
  • Setting deadlines across the team and ensuring project completion
  • Report on digital channel performance for the business & client
  • Seek to actively participate in new business projects
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends

Skills / Attributes Required

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in SEO
  • Ideally have experience managing marketing channels such as Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram
  • Experience managing at least one other team member ideally
  • Demonstrate a passion for all things digital
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, hardworking & dedicated to getting the job done properly
  • Confident in making decisions
  • Data driven & analytical
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (required)
