Entry Level Customer Service

Our client is a Leading Digital Healthcare provider looking to add another Entry Level Customer Service to their fantastic team in Windsor!

Salary: £18,525 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm (37.5 hours per week, hybrid working)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Arranging medical appointments for clients applying for Life Insurance
  • Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
  • General administration duties
  • Making telephone calls to/from Instructing Party, Doctors, Hospitals, clients
  • Answering the telephone; ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally
  • Scan documents onto company system
  • Assist in the training of new staff
  • Chasing and uploading reports and blood results
  • To assist with the postal duties
