Events and Training Co-ordinator

Fabulous role within a growing global training consultancy based in Henley on Thames who specialise in training workshops and consultancy. 4 days a week are office based in Henley working from 9-5 and working from home on Thursdays.

Great progression potential to become a Key Account Manager, the company were set up 11 years ago and are really growing and doing well.

£24,000 plus 5% annual bonus and £500 to spend on training plus perkbox etc

You will be working in a team of 3 supporting the Directors and Associates in the delivery of workshops across the globe and you will proactively support them in everything they might need, as well as managing the Operations end-to-end process.

What skills and experience do I need for this Events and Training Co-ordinator role?

  • You must be a very organised person with bags of common sense and great attention to detail
  • This role can be busy, with lots of actions to be completed all at the same time, so you must be good at juggling your workload, prioritising it, and being able to refocus after any interruption to your workflow.
  • Strong communicator and confident personality
  • Able to work in a small team, but also able to work independently

What does the Events and Training Co-ordinator role involve?

  • Pre-communication with delegates – welcoming them to the company and communicating the workshop logistics and admin
  • Ensuring all links are set up and distributed for Virtual workshops
  • Managing the workshop content – setting up Dropbox file, arranging all workshop printing
  • Sending out vital workshop information and booking flights and accommodation
  • Complete post workshop tasks: typing up feedback and sending to lead facilitator, uploading role plays to YouTube and sending video links to delegates, inviting delegates to follow the company on LinkedIn, sending diary invites for 1-2-1 coaching
  • Inputting delegates details into CRM system and monitoring workshop progress
  • Making sure all aspects of the process are in place to guarantee that the right information is in the right place and with the right people at the right time for ongoing workshops
